Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions for use of all services (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided by Morphica (hereinafter referred to as "App"). Users are required to agree to these Terms before using the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:

1. "Service" refers to the AI image transformation service provided by this App.
2. "User" refers to anyone who uses the Service.
3. "Ticket" refers to points required to generate images in the Service.
4. "Generated Image" refers to images created by AI through the Service.

Article 3 (User Registration)

1. Those who wish to use the Service shall apply for user registration in the manner prescribed by us after agreeing to these Terms.
2. Users are obligated to provide accurate information when registering.
3. We may refuse user registration in the following cases:

• If false information is provided
• If the applicant has previously violated these Terms
• If we otherwise determine that registration is inappropriate

Article 4 (Ticket System)

1. The Service consumes tickets for image generation. One ticket is consumed per image generation.
2. Ticket types and prices:

• Initial Registration: 3 tickets (free gift)
• 5-Ticket Pack: ¥200
• 10-Ticket Pack: ¥350
• 20-Ticket Pack: ¥600
• 50-Ticket Pack: ¥1,500
